Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead Marketer to plan, develop, and deliver content aligned with marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, and business objectives
• Produce engaging written content for email campaigns, blog posts, website pages, and social media platforms
• Develop compelling storytelling that highlights destinations, itineraries, and customer experiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Optimise content for SEO to increase visibility and support organic digital growth
• Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements based on insights
• Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and digital marketing innovations

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends
• Experience with content management systems and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
• Portfolio of previous work (writing samples, blog posts, campaigns, etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in the travel or tourism industry
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
