SUMMARY:
One of our clients, a leading global player in document automation software, is looking for a Content Developer who loves logic, lives for document styling, and doesn’t break a sweat when faced with an “if-then-else” conundrum. If you've ever used Microsoft Word like it was a power tool, this role was basically designed for you

POSITION INFO:

You'll be part of a team utilising a cloud-based document automation solution used across the global financial services industry. Your job will involve creating smart documents that practically think for themselves. You’ll research, analyse, and automate document templates for clients across industries (and time zones), working closely with teams in Cape Town, the US, and Canada.
From building logic-driven templates and tackling document formatting mysteries, to testing, client support, and the occasional live demo—you’ll be the brain behind the document magic. This is a perfect fit for someone who loves structure, enjoys problem-solving, and doesn’t mind hopping on a video call with North America now and then.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of analytical experience
Advanced Microsoft Word skills (if styles and sections don't scare you, keep going)
Experience with macros or scripting is a nice bonus
Natural problem solver with strong logic and a love for precision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thrives in a collaborative team but also gets things done solo
Enthusiastic about continuous learning and client interaction

Qualification:
Minimum 3-year degree or diploma in IT, Business, or a related field
