Key Responsibilities:

Upload pre-written content into our internal tools to create and update help center articles in the public knowledge base, making sure the wording follows our internal glossary and products.
Review and apply correct formatting and structure in line with established internal guidelines, ensuring content is user-friendly
Proofread articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and overall readability.
Perform quality checks on already published articles to identify and correct formatting issues or inconsistencies.
Manage multiple article requests and small tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Follow documented processes precisely, raising any questions or blockers when something is unclear or not working as expected.
