Contract Administrator

SUMMARY:
An Internal Vacancy exists for a Vetting Contract Administrator in the Critical Infrastructure Division based in Centurion.
 
The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

POSITION INFO:

• The Vetting Administrator will report directly to the Vetting Team Leader
• Provide assistance to Vetting Manager regarding all vetting matters
• All system inputs to enable accurate and administration and management of vetting system in support
• Apply POPI Act in all documentation sharing personal information
• Responsible for ON Boarding and Offboarding of individuals on ICrypto
• All ad hoc duties as determined and/or tasked by the Manager;
• Liaise with manager to collate all outstanding documents and upload to third party providers systems
• Storing and Saving all documentation in a controlled environment
• Ensure Quality, accuracy, and completeness of information
• Always ensure confidentiality of information and documentation
• Ensure customer/management feedback through the correct and agreed SOP
• Assist with development of and submit relevant management information reports
• Assist and communicate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors in an efficient manner
• Update records daily
• Act with integrity, honesty, loyalty and fairness at all times.
• Understand the basic criminal Act regarding SAPS reports
• Performing comprehensive company vetting, including the authentication of CIPC registration documents, tax verification, COIDA compliance, and verification of all required certificates.
• Assessing and evaluating individual vetting applications, including motivations relating to scheduled offences and matters involving foreign nationals, to ensure they meet legal and operational requirements for working in the BTS (Base Tower Station) and cellular tower environment.
• Conducting visa verification to identify fraudulent or invalid documentation.
• Applying a strong legal and regulatory knowledge base, ensuring all vetting processes align with company policies, industry regulations, and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• Applying a strong legal and regulatory knowledge base, ensuring all vetting processes align with company policies, industry regulations, and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). A strong understanding of legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, and security standards, combined with investigative capability and meticulous attention to detail to maintain the integrity and security of company operations.
