SUMMARY:
The successful candidate must reside in Gauteng and must be prepared to travel outside of Gauteng from time to time.
The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- At least five years of contract cleaning management experience.
- An eye for detail and the ability to do proper cleaning inspections.
- Knowledge of floor and ablution cleaning.
- Knowledge of operating auto scrubbers.
- Knowledge and experience of industrial relations/disciplinary procedures, including disciplinary hearing experience.
- The ability to manage a team of area managers within his/her region.
- The ability to inspire and motivate working teams.
- The ability to manage budgets.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- The ability to exceed client expectations and build strong relationships with clients.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- The ability to create standard operating procedures and working schedules.
