SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, A leading multi service company, is looking for a YOU, they have a vacancy for a Sales Executive,

You will have :

5 Year’s working experience as a Sales Executive in the Contract Cleaning environment,
Proficient in English,
Be a self-starter
Have your own reliable vehicle
Have a valid driver’s license.

Should you be the successful candidate you will be required to develop sales strategies and attract new clients, increase revenue by gaining market share within the Western Cape.

Executing sales cycle to penetrate the most promising new accounts,
Identifying and building relationships with the appropriate responsible person,
Establishing reputation with prospects as a trusted advisor within the industry,
Proactively identifying potential needs to prospects, recommending best-fit solutions with a clear value proposition of the account,
Proactively managing pipeline,
Input, monitor and update opportunities on CRM,
Ability to conduct site surveys to establish needs and provide appropriate solutions,
Knowledge of costing cleaning contracts and preparing professional proposals,
Achieving agreed targets,
Ability to prepare and present Powerpoint presentations

Our Client is offering Basic salary, commission, petrol card, cellphone and laptop.
