JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well established company based in Muizenberg, Cape Town is looking to employ x2 contract Debtors Clerks to join their organisation. Suitable candidates will need to meet the following requirements

Key Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Basic working knowledge of computers, including Excel and Word.
Working knowledge of Odoo Accounting Desirable
Knowledge of accounting processes and procedures
Working knowledge of Heat systems and understanding service technical
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Excellent written English verbal and written skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily processing of invoices from sales orders/heat calls
Exporting outstanding Jobs from heat and making sure no jobs are un- invoiced.
Daily processes to check that no in scope jobs is link to adhoc sales order.
Monitor Heat Calls that should be closed /invoiced).
Ensure completeness of all invoicing each month and notify direct report of any reasons for not completion of invoicing.
Review open service WIP jobs for missing adhoc service invoicing in HEAT and Odoo.
Ensure all service related customer queries are resolved on time and in a professional manner.
Investigate and resolve queries from the business and customers on service invoicing.
Processing of applicable service credit notes.
Chase response on all blockers preventing invoicing and call resolution.
Log all necessary escalations to the business/management for assistance.
Maintain a strong relationship with internal customers and technicians through query resolution and identification of potential issues.
Any adhoc admin duties requested by manager.
