POSITION INFO:
Qualifications

• Matric
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering will be advantageous
• Valid Surface Blasting Certificate

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a management role, specifically within drilling and blasting operations
• Proven track record and strong knowledge of opencast mining, with hands-on experience in both drilling and blasting practices
• Ability to manage contracts, teams, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

• Manage all aspects of drilling and blasting contracts in the Rustenburg area
• Lead and develop on-site teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold service delivery standards
• Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting in line with company objectives
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
