Contract Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enforce the Company’s Disciplinary ‘Code of Conduct’
• Adopt an initiative geared towards Operational Excellence
• Improve the Operational systems, process, policies and procedures, management reporting, information flow, and Client relations
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the allocated Operations team
• Coordinate and communicate between support Departments, Operational Teams and Clients
• Establish a relationship with the Client, whereby the Contracts Manager becomes intimately familiar with the operational requirements of the Client
• Ensures that all Operational personnel are operating and performing their duties according to the Site Job Description
• Lead and manage the on-site training and recruitment functions of Operation personnel to ensure that the Contracts operational needs are met
• Attend weekly/monthly Client meetings and provide operational solutions that are Site specific to the Client for consideration, so as to ensure excellent service delivery
• Attend Operations meetings with Senior Management Teams
• Implement effective controls and monitoring Processes
• Responsible for site Investigations and report writing on findings
• Perform Risk Assessments and Operational Services Survey
• Perform site surveys and compile reports pertaining thereto

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• PSIRA Grade A Registered
• Matric Certified
• 5-7 years of direct Management experience in the Security Industry
• Driver’s License Code 08 and own reliable vehicle
• Industrial Background essential
• Proven track record for management of large sites/manpower
• Risk Assessment and Site Survey experience
• Strong background of Health and Safety environment
• Security Management Qualification will be advantageous
• SHEQ Qualification will be an advantageous
• Computer Proficiency
• Must reside within the Vaal region
