Contract Managing Director - FMCG Manufacturing - Industrial Engineering

POSITION INFO:

Contract Managing Director Role: Gauteng based. FMCG manufacturing

Our well regarded national client, requires an experienced Managing Director on a contract basis, to assist in turning around one of their subsidiaries. 

It is essential to have had experience in FMCG (Cannery, bottling,etc) or food manufacturing.  With the tecnical expertise/experience as a Plant Manager & General Manager, prior to moving to an executive director role of managing a successful business.

Degree:  Engineering degree. Preferably Industrial Engineering

Position requires a technical fundi, who is a strategic operational thinker, with an excellent understanding of business processes; including expertise in turning companies around

30+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with half of that time at executive level.

 This contract role will be 6-12 months in duration, and would suit a retired or about to retire, current Managing Director level individual from an industrial engineering background within the FMCG manufacturing environment.
