JOB DESCRIPTION:

Contract development (researching the legal regulations to negotiate the terms and preparing the print documents)
Collaborate with a legal team to evaluate bids and draft documents
Drafting and view contractual agreements between a company and suppliers o the products
Evaluating bids, preparing contracts and negotiating terms
Drafting contracts, task orders, work requests and interagency agreements
(Integral role) Logistics professional who monitors the contracts of an organization with external parties (writes, negotiates and finalizes)
