SUMMARY:
Our client in the FMCG industry has an opportunity available for a Contracts Administrator in the Woodmead area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

  • Higher Certificate in International Trade/ Logistics or Supply Chain (NQF5/10)
  • Certificate in INCO Terms
  • MS Excel Advanced
  • 2 Years’ experience in contract execution and shipping management
  • Experience in SAP utilization
  • Knowledge of International Commercial Terms and Incoterms 2020®
  • Knowledge of Internal processes and procedures relating to: Shipping, Overland Cross Border Trades & Customs Clearance, Sales Order Execution & Payment Processing
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous filing and record keeping
  • Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
KPAs:
  • Monitor correspondence for imported cargo and track vessels.
  • Execution of Sales Orders
  • Prepare relevant pro-forma / commercial invoice for cross border export sales
  • Invoice customer upon receipt of weighbridge ticket after loading
  • Plan weekly bean intake and book trucks accordingly
  • Maintain up to date hard copy, and soft files (using the various e-filing systems) at all times
  • Save all correspondence on SharePoint for easy access to all team members
