SUMMARY:
A renowned entity within the education industry is looking for a seasoned Contracts Finance Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience

BCOM and Honours
6 – 8 years’ experience
3 years staff management experience
Knowledge of Legal framework governing Higher Education Institutions
Ability to interpret cost reports, cash flows, balance sheets, income statements and analyses in compliance with IFRS

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent supports the Director and is responsible for the portfolio of financial planning
Preparing, managing all functions directly related to the Physical Planning and Facilities Management (PP&FM) Department budgeting process
Enforcing grant or donor contractual obligations, strategic allocations, and other operating expenditure.
The incumbent will report to the Senior Director - Physical Planning and Facilities Management.
