National Market leader in truck rental / logistics is seeking to employ an experience Contracts Manager to join their team

To Manage client implementation, relationships and expectations effectively and pro-actively across all levels for the client.

Key performance areas

• Implementation of client “on boarding” requirements
• Monthly reporting to the client on their requirements as well as to management
• Accurate and complete KPI reporting
• Client relationship and key account management
• Monitor services provided to client and take proactive, appropriate remedial action ensure high standards of quality and service delivery to meet and exceed client expectations
• Identify new innovative processes and procedures that will provide a competitive advantage and client value
• Business development
• Demonstrate an understanding of financial practices and appropriately apply good business acumen in formalizing solutions for client
• System knowledge: Microsoft office – Excel (Intermediate to Advance), SAP, Power Point and Outlook
• Costing and Budgeting abilities.
• Minimizing operations time consumption and increasing productivity
• Accurate monitoring of account performance vs budget
• Fleet maintenance experience
• Strict monitoring of kilometers
• Accurate invoicing on SAP
• Key Account management

Qualifications required

• Matric essential.

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Marketing Management or similar degree/diploma/qualification (preferable)

Skills and experience required

• Strong Excel and SAP skills
• Previous Key Accounts or Contract management or similar experience with proven track record.
• Team player.
• Excellent administrative and report writing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license.
