POSITION INFO:

Review, prepare, and negotiate civil engineering contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Manage claims, disputes, and change orders effectively to minimize financial and legal risk.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to monitor project progress and contractual obligations.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.
Conduct risk assessments and advise senior management on mitigation strategies.
Oversee the financial aspects of contracts, including cost control, invoicing, and budget monitoring.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff on contractual and administrative matters.
Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve contractual issues promptly.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
