Excellent opportunity for Contracts Manager , Western Cape

POSITION INFO:

Our client a contractor operating in Cape Town require an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.

Applicants would require the following requirements/experience: -

Minimum qualification National Diploma or similar
Experience in managing large scale residential projects (mid to upper price range)
Ideally between 10 to 20 years construction experience
All-rounder, adaptable character
Management of project staff
Liaise and meetings with client, manage and build relationships
Manage sub-contractors, meetings, appointments, payments, and measurements
Cost reports and monthly management and client reports
Programming and progress monitoring of projects.
Overall quality assurance
Ability to be involved on 2 or more projects.
