Construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position;

One of the national leading civil engineering companies that specialise in large-scale projects in infrastructure and has been successfully operating for over 25 Years, seeks to employ Contracts Manager to be based in Cape Town on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining the Structures and Roads Division and they must have extensive knowledge of GCC, COLTO, SABS, JBCC, NEC and FIDIC

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must have a B. Tech Civil Engineering degree

Must be professionally registered with the SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager (Pr.CM) or Professional Technologist (Pr. Tech) with ECSA

Must have 5 – 8 years’ experience working as a Contracts Manager with CIDB grading 9CE civil contractors.

Must have Knowledge of GCC, COLTO, SABS, JBCC, NEC and FIDIC

Must have extensive experience working on structures, roads and earthworks

Must have extensive experience as well as knowledge using Microsoft Project and CCS software

Must have experience in contractual claims
