• Preference shall be given to applications of applicants who are registered as a Professional Construction Manager with SACPCMP

POSITION INFO:
Education requirements:

• SACPCMP registration is essential
• National Diploma Building Management is a minimum requirement

• Responsible for commercial performance in conjunction with the Senior Quantity Surveyor for the respective project.
• Attend monthly cost review with the Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Contractual requirements, notifications and claims
• Ensure administration functions are implemented as per the company’s procedures
• Partnering with the employer and their agents
• Monthly progress updates and reports for site meetings
• Ensure the Company meetings are attended and chaired affectively
• Management and monitor sub-contractor performance
• Service coordination meetings with various disciplines
• Control of resources needed to execute the work

• Co-ordinate and management of site operations and various stakeholders
• Introduce and maintain effective quality control management
• Communication, chair meetings and attend various meetings and various stakeholders
