SUMMARY:
Contracts Manager / Construction Manager

POSITION INFO:

Qualification required: Building Degree or Diploma

Experience required: 12 to 15 years commercial building construction projects

Project planning with subordinates
Attend monthly cost review with the Senior Quantity Surveyor
Contractual requirements, notifications and claims
Ensure administration functions are implemented as per the company’s procedures
Partnering with the employer and their agents
Monthly progress updates and reports for site meetings
Ensure the Company meetings are attended and chaired affectively
Management and monitor sub-contractor performance
Service coordination meetings with various disciplines
Control of resources needed to execute the work
Co-ordinate and management of site operations and various stakeholders
