Contracts Manager / Construction Manager with SACPCMP required

SUMMARY:
Contracts Manager / Construction Manager with SACPCMP required for a building project in the Western Cape to start March 2021

POSITION INFO:

MUST be registered with SACPCMP as Professional Construction Manager OR Contracts Manager

Main Purpose of this contract: 

• Successfully setting and maintaining targets while operating within the prescribed budgets
• Planning and maintaining work schedules and construction programmes
• Effectively controlling and coordinating the activities of site staff while approving quality standards set out in contracts 

Additional Skills required:

• Leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to closely engage with clients and staff
• Regularly and timely submitting monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates, and planning and maintaining work schedules and construction programmes
• Presenting comprehensive reports to contract directors and effectively supervising staff on site

• Successfully setting and maintaining targets while operating within the prescribed budgets
