SUMMARY:
Contracts Manager / Construction Manager with SACPCMP required for a building project in the Western Cape to start March 2021

POSITION INFO:

MUST be registered with SACPCMP as Professional Construction Manager OR Contracts Manager

Main Purpose of this contract:

Successfully setting and maintaining targets while operating within the prescribed budgets
Planning and maintaining work schedules and construction programmes
Effectively controlling and coordinating the activities of site staff while approving quality standards set out in contracts

Additional Skills required:

Leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to closely engage with clients and staff
Regularly and timely submitting monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates, and planning and maintaining work schedules and construction programmes
Presenting comprehensive reports to contract directors and effectively supervising staff on site
Successfully setting and maintaining targets while operating within the prescribed budgets
