SUMMARY:
Contracts Manager / Site Manager required for a Building project in the Southern suburbs area of Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Desired experience that our client is looking for include the following:

A formal building degree or diploma is preferred.
10+ years experience gained on site with the construction of Residential construction projects is essential.
This position reports to a Senior Contracts Manager
This position is responsible to manage Site Managers and Foreman all based on site
Must have a solid track record of working with subbies and maintaining excellent sub contractor relationships.
MS Project experience shall be an advantage as you shall be given a programme of works to follow and to maintain by the Senior Contracts Manager who is based at Head Office.

Our Client was established in 2010. Being a Western Cape based company focusing on residential, commercial and industrial construction projects in Cape Town.
