SUMMARY: Our client in the manufacturing sector seeks to employ a Contracts Officer to join their Sales and Marketing department.
POSITION INFO: Administrate, co-ordinate and monitor activities between company and partner service depots. Oversee the customer complaints process and forum.Key Activities: - Engage with partner service depot(s) daily – o To monitor and plan repairs and preparation of customers products after shipping. o To manage/monitor customer inspections and delivery. - Co-ordinate customer and depot feedback on products after arrival/inspection. - Co-ordinate communication between company and service depot(s). - Establish and set agreements with service depot(s) for any agreed reworks or modifications (prior to commencement). - Check and approve/query estimates & invoices from service depot(s) for shipping damage repairs. - Check and approve/query estimates & invoices from service depot(s) for quality failures/repairs. - Manage issues that result from non-compliance and customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction whilst minimising the impact to company. - Oversee and co-ordinate the completion of stock and reject products in order to make them ready for sale/shipping. - Work under the Companies Contracts Managers to assist and receive training on the companies Contracts process. - Other duties as required by your manager.Requirements: - A National Diploma in the field of Engineering or Marketing. - Minimum 5 years’ experience and exposure in a technical environment. - Excellent/Fluent verbal and written English language skills. - Computer literate at Intermediate level. - Must be prepared to go through a verbal and written interview and assessment process.
