SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Controlling Administrator.
POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:
- Full debtors function.
- Account reconciliations, debtors reports and feedback to management.
- Participation in monthly closing.
- Preparation of required controlling reports.
- Preparation of year-end audit file and addressing queries from external auditors.
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding topics.
- Potential ad hoc functions around controlling.
Requirements:
- Matric/ additional tertiary studies in finance advantageous.
- Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in finance/ controlling.
- MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Accounting software programmes/ SAP experience advantageous.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge in controlling advantageous.
- Resourceful organizational skills.
- Strong numerical skills.
