SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Controlling Administrator (Debtors) for our client in the Automotive Industry, based in Gqeberha.
POSITION INFO:
Duties:
- Full Debtors Function.
- Account Reconciliations, Debtors Reports and feedback to Management.
- Participation in Monthly Closing.
- Potential Ad Hoc functions around Controlling.
- Preparation of required Controlling Reports.
- Preparation for year-end audit file and addressing queries from external auditors.
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding topics.
Requirements:
- Matric, additional Tertiary Studies in Finance advantageous.
- Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail.
- Accounting Software Packages, SAP experience advantageous.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Knowledge in Controlling advantageous.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in Finance/Controlling.
- MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Highly organised and resourceful.
- Strong Numerical ability.
