SUMMARY:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the engineering and water solutions sector for an experienced Controls Engineer (Schneider PLC). This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong technical expertise in PLC programming and industrial controls to join a dynamic team.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement control systems using Schneider PLCs.
- Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC software for industrial automation projects.
- Collaborate with project engineers and technicians to integrate control systems with mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Provide technical support, system maintenance, and upgrades.
- Assist with commissioning and on-site problem resolution.
Requirements:- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in PLC programming, with strong expertise in Schneider PLC systems.
- Solid background in industrial controls and automation.
- Experience in water, utilities, or process plant environments will be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
