An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Conversational AI Designer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of user experience, linguistics, and technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing natural and engaging conversations for chatbots and virtual assistants, ensuring they deliver the best possible user experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand target users'' behaviours and preferences
• Design intuitive conversation flows and dialogues to facilitate smooth interactions
• Craft engaging, clear, and effective chatbot responses using strong linguistic and copywriting skills
• Perform rigorous usability testing to optimise chatbot performance
• Continuously improve conversational interfaces using NLP techniques
• Work within an agile environment using Scrum or KANBAN methodologies
• Develop and utilise APIs and RESTful web services

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of language, grammar, and syntax
• Mastery of NLP and the ability to adapt conversations to different communication styles
• Experience in UX design principles, particularly for conversational interfaces
• Understanding of platforms such as Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Siri
• Hands-on experience with tools like Voiceflow, ChatGPT, and IVR systems
• Previous experience in software development (C#, .NET 6, .NET Core, SQL Server, Blazor, HTML5, CSS) is beneficial
• Excellent copywriting skills to create engaging and effective conversational content
