POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

Managing bond registrations and bond cancellations from instruction to registration.
Drafting and reviewing bond documents with accuracy.
Liaising with banks, clients, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank processes.
Handling related administrative tasks and maintaining records.
