SUMMARY:
Our client, a reputable law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join their dynamic team
Salary: R40 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• LLB
• Admitted Conveyancer with 3–5 years’ post-admission experience
• Proven track record handling both bonds and transfers
• Proficient in conveyancing software GhostConvey or LexisConvey
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously

• Independently manage both bond registrations and property transfers (including conventional and sectional title)
• Draft and review all relevant conveyancing documentation
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, SARS, Deeds Office, and other key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and firm procedures throughout the conveyancing process
• Manage lodgements and follow through to successful registration
