Conveyancer
Based in: Tokai / Steenberg, Cape Town

Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to join a dynamic legal team in the Southern Suburbs? We’re seeking a skilled and motivated individual to manage property transactions efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and processing transfer, bond, and cancellation documents
Managing property transactions from instruction to final registration
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
Working across all major bank panels (FNB, ABSA, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and Investec)

Requirements:

Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa
Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in conveyancing
Experience with all major banks’ bond registration and cancellation processes
Strong knowledge of LexisConvey or similar conveyancing software
Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
