SUMMARY:
Our legal client, a well-established legal practice based in Sandton is seeking a Conveyancer with 2–3 years’ post-admission experience to join their dynamic and growing team
Salary: R35 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ post-admission experience as a Conveyancer
• Admission as a Notary Public is advantageous
• Proven experience handling transfer matters independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player
• Excellent communication and time-management skills

• Managing conveyancing transfer files independently
• Handling the full transfer process with accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting team members with file-related queries and document checking
• Ensuring compliance with conveyancing procedures and deadlines
• Maintaining high standards of organisation and attention to detail
