Salary: R 35 000.00 - R 40 000.00 CTC per month (Negotiable depending on experience & Panels)
Additional Benefits: Approximately two-week office shutdown during December.  December shutdown period does not reduce annual leave entitlement.
20% commission payable on new business successfully generated by the successful candidate.

Introduction

Our client is a well-established legal practice based in Centurion and is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Conveyancer to join their growing team. This opportunity is suited to a motivated professional who can independently manage the full conveyancing process while collaborating effectively within an established legal environment.
The successful candidate will have strong expertise in property transfers and bond registrations, including experience working with major South African banking panels. Essential experience includes deceased estate transfers and estate-related property transactions, while admission as a Notary will be considered a distinct advantage.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities Manage residential and property transfer matters from initial instruction through to registration. Draft, prepare and finalise all conveyancing documentation independently. Attend to bond registrations and bond cancellations. Liaise professionally with banks, clients, estate agents, bond originators and the Deeds Office. Manage conveyancing files efficiently, ensuring matters progress to successful registration. Handle deceased estate transfers and estate-related property transactions. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and procedural requirements. Maintain strict adherence to deadlines and service level expectations. Deliver a high standard of client service while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Requirements Minimum Requirements Admitted Conveyancer. Minimum of 2 years' post-admission conveyancing experience. Proven experience in: Property transfers Bond registrations Deceased estates Estate transfers Ability to draft all transfer and conveyancing documentation independently. Essential experience using the E4 Conveyancing System. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills. Strong communication and client relationship management skills. Must be South African born.
