JOB SUMMARY:
A leading law firm in Pietermaritzburg is looking for an energetic and passionate Conveyancer to join their professional team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Completed LLB
Minimum 5 Years’ Experience as Admitted Conveyancer dealing with transfers
Must have excellent knowledge on property contracts
Experience of Deeds Registry procedures and processes as well as exposure to mortgage bond registrations will be beneficial
Must have knowledge on Ghost Convey and Web Convey
Must be able to work independently
