Your extensive knowledge across the spectrum of real estate law will be highly valued as you mentor and transfer your skills to junior team members. Areas of Expertise: General transfers Low-cost housing transfers Bond cancellations Mortgage bonds Property transfers Residential property finance Sale and acquisition of property What we're looking for: Extensive knowledge across the spectrum of real estate law Business acumen and practice management skills Strong people management and development abilities Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Experience: An LLB or equivalent qualification Admission as an Attorney in South Africa Admission as an Conveyancer in South Africa At least 2 – 5 years’ experience in Property Law
