POSITION INFO:

Conveyancing Associate required for Conveyancing Department in Cape Town Office

Required:

At least 2 years post- articles experience in a conveyancing practice

LLB Degree

Must be an admitted attorney and conveyancer and preferably admitted notary

Responsibility:

Working knowledge of all aspects of the law and practice relating to general conveyancing

Due Diligence pertaining to all aspects of Property Law

Good drafting skills for commercial contracts and legal opinions relating to all aspects of Property Law

Regular deeds office duties on behalf of the firm

NB:

Must be able to work in a highly pressured environment
