Conveyancing Attorney

SUMMARY:
A well-established Law Firm based in Ballito is looking to expand their team and require the services of a capable individual with a professional and friendly attitude to join their practice.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Qualified attorney and conveyancer
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in both bonds and transfers
• Must be proficient with Lexis Convey and E4
• Able to work independently from receipt of the instruction until registration but also be able to follow and carry out instructions and be detail orientated.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and high-volume environment.

Duties will include:

• Taking ownership of the transaction from beginning to end, including preparation of final accounts.
• Preparing and maintaining files accurately according to specification
• Drafting of all transfer and supporting documents accurately and efficiently and arranging for signature thereof
• Drafting loan and bond documents for various financial institution and strict compliance with the various financial institutions service level agreements
• Liaising with clients and Estate Agents
