SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with a passion for handling transfers from inception to final accounts? Our Legal client is looking for a highly organized and efficient professional to join their dynamic team
Salary: R35 000 CTC per month based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Conveyancing (Full Title and Sectional Title transfers)
Proven ability to manage the entire conveyancing process – from initial instruction through to final accounts
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional client liaison and relationship management abilities
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle a caseload of 40–45 files on average
