Salary: R35 000 CTC per month based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Conveyancing (Full Title and Sectional Title transfers)
• Proven ability to manage the entire conveyancing process – from initial instruction through to final accounts
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional client liaison and relationship management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle a caseload of 40–45 files on average
