SUMMARY:
A well-established law firm based in KZN La Lucia, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team
Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Matric Relevant experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal Strong experience handling property transfers from inception through to completion Experience with E4 is essential Solid knowledge of the conveyancing process and the ability to manage matters independently Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Responsibilities: Managing conveyancing matters from instruction through to registration Preparing and drafting relevant transfer documentation Liaising with clients, attorneys, banks, agents and other relevant parties Attending to correspondence, follow-ups and outstanding documentation Ensuring matters progress efficiently through each stage of the transfer process General conveyancing administration and support Consultant: Danielle Fortuin - Dante Personnel Johannesburg Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
