Our client, a well-established legal firm based in George, is seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate with a passion for property law and attention to detail.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling full conveyancing process from instruction to registration
• Drafting and processing of transfer and bond documentation
• Liaising with clients, banks, and Deeds Office
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and timelines
• Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate file records

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
• Experience in bond registrations is highly advantageous
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Proficient in Lexis Convey, Web Convey for bonds, or similar systems
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
