SUMMARY:
Our client based in Midrand is seeking a Conveyancing Secretary with experience in Development. NON NEGOTIABLE
No less than 3 years

POSITION INFO:

Experience in Dealing with property developers, working knowledge of proclaiming of Townships, to opening up of townships, (all paper works and meeting of all requirements)
Dealing with town planners
Look at plans / substations/ servitude / township/ consolidations / sectional title deeds
Draft various documentation required
Preparing schedules for the banks
Completing and collecting related documents such as 31v, Section 45, Section 259
Previous experience with Lexis Convey
