Legal Secretary/Receptionist

A leading law firm with a branch in Howick is looking for an experienced and reliable Legal Secretary who will carry out daily administrative functions including conveyancing secretarial duties and support the Associate in the Howick Branch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Dictaphone Typing
Drawing up of documents
Commercial Business exposure
Attending Umgeni Municipality
Delivering documents to the Magistrates court when required
Attending client queries
General clerical Administration
Maintenance of Records
Reception Duties
Qualifications:
Matric
Min 5-10 years working
experience in a similar position
Computer literacy:
Sound experience and skills in:
MS Word (average)
MS Excel (intermediate)
Internet & Email
Ghost Convey
AJS
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Valid Driver’s License (Code 08) and own vehicle
