Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree (3 years) in Human Resources, or a Diploma in Human Resources, or a relevant field
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Graduate Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred, but exceptional candidates from other industries will also be considered, provided they bring relevant expertise

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday (ATS) and other databases.
Organise recruitment documentation, including offer letters and onboarding packs.
Process graduate recruitment invoices and payments.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Plan and execute graduate recruitment events (career fairs, networking sessions, open days).
Coordinate interview scheduling, including managing diaries and sending invitations on behalf of the TA Manager/Consultant.
Liaise with external recruitment agencies, providing vacancy briefs and managing feedback throughout the process.
Take full ownership of the background screening process, including: Obtaining candidate documentation, Logging checks on LexisNexis, Arranging fingerprint bookings where applicable, Conducting reference checks.
Compile and share final reports with the TA Manager/Consultant for review and sign-off.
Draft letters of appointment, fixed-term contracts, and addendums in line with company policies.
Send new joiner packs, including all required onboarding documents, to HR Operations following offer acceptance.
