Corporate Accountant Tax Specialist CA(SA)

POSITION INFO:

Corporate Accountant / Tax Specialist CA(SA) Cape Town

Our client is looking for a Corporate Accountant or Tax Specialist CA(SA) Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years post experience. You will assist with accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable tax legislation.

Salary Negotiable plus benefits

Requirements

BCOM Accounting (Honours)

Qualified - Chartered Accountant (SA)

3-4 years post article experience in a financial role that includes tax compliance

SAP and CaseWare

Financial function, FRS reporting requirements and Tax legislation

Responsibilities

Manage VAT & TAX compliance

Compile year-end and interim financial statements and assist with other year end procedures

Assist with monthly consolidated management accounts on SAP

Lead and manage the people in the team

Financial control and reporting

Assisting with technical queries from colleagues in respect of the tax treatment of transactions
