Our Client is a Global Law firm and they require the expertise of Associates (2 - 6 years PQE) with experience in M&A transactions.
If you have a genuine interest in financing transactions and cross-border M&A and want to gain diverse experience working in multi-jurisdictional transactions in all legal areas (ECM, DCM, banking, corporate etc.) this is the opportunity for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
- Admitted Attorney
- 2-6 years PQE in M&A transactions within a tier 1 firm
- Strong academic credentials
