POSITION INFO:

Our client who is a leading brand concerned within the FMCG industry and has been in operations for more than half a century and has provided quality products to their customers, is seeking to recruit a qualified Chartered Accountant to take on the available role of the Corporate Finance Accountant. The successful incumbent will be responsible for but not limited for assisting the CEO and CFO with deal negotiation and support, financial modelling, due diligence as well as valuations. Duties:

Due diligence.
Valuations and financial analysis.
Financial modelling
Budgets and forecast.
Capital markets.
Project management.

Manage the full financial process.

Qualification and Experience:

Qualified CA(SA)
Big4 articles
2 - 4 years’ post articles experience within the corporate environment / JSE entities.

Skills:

Advanced Excel Knowledge
IFRS 3
