SUMMARY:
The Corporate Finance Business Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic and transactional objectives of the Investments and Corporate Finance division. This role is responsible for assisting in the identification, assessment, and execution of corporate finance initiatives—including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, capital structuring, and other strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience in deal execution, possess strong financial modelling and analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands sound judgement, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Analysis and Investment Support:
Assist in identifying investment opportunities for allocating and using excess capital by:

• Supporting the generation of client leads.
• Participating in networking activities.
• Following up on existing client contacts.

• Present and past investments and operations.
• Financial trends and costs.
• Estimated and realized revenues.
• Administrative commitments.

• Assess and predict outcomes of investment decisions.
• Evaluate financial risks and returns.

• Business expansion projects.
• Potential new business acquisitions.

• Business cases and proposals for submission to the relevant approval bodies.
• Pitches and formal presentations for senior management on investment and capital allocation opportunities.

• Meeting financial targets.
• Optimal use and allocation of excess capital.

• Long-term strategy formation.

• Track record of successful execution of M&A transactions or corporate restructuring projects.
• Experience in conducting due diligence for investment opportunities.

• Experience in preparing and presenting investment proposals or business cases.

• Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, applicable experience, and previous earnings.
