POSITION INFO:

An exciting opportunity is available in the southern suburbs or cape town, for a passionate junior corporate Finance candidate. My client is in search of a Corporate Finance Executive to work with high-profile international clients in the sport, media, and entertainment industries. If you thrive in corporate finance, excel in financial modelling, and have the ability to work across cross functional teams, apply now and grow your global career! Salary bracket for this opportunity is between R540k - R600k CTC per annum. Please note CA(SA) is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sophisticated financial models and information memoranda to facilitate investment rounds and sale processes for clients
• Work alongside the corporate finance team for sell-side due diligence including management of virtual data rooms
• Help identify leads, maintain a CRM database for strategic growth opportunities, including prospective clients, acquirers or investors and generate branded marketing materials
• Prepare and assist with valuation reports and analysis, applying industry knowledge and various valuation methodologies

Requirements:

• Professional qualification required
• 2-4 years experience working in corporate finance
• Articulate and confident working directly with clients in different time zones
• Experience with strong MS Excel Advanced skills
