POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
The role offers end-to-end deal involvement — from initiating client discussions through to delivering final insights and solutions.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Draft and refine presentation materials and financial reports for stakeholder engagement
Take the lead on various project streams, including:
- Business and option valuations
- Financial modelling
- Transaction advisory
- Financial due diligence
Review outputs for consistency, reliability, and alignment with both internal policies and regulatory benchmarks
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project delivery and identifying further advisory opportunities
Support the development of team capability by guiding, reviewing, and mentoring junior colleagues

Minimum Requirements:

BCom Honours
3 years’ experience in Corporate Finance
