SUMMARY:

Our client requires a sophisticated individual who will create a warm and professional environment for staff and clients, whilst being the go-to person, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly.

A natural multi-tasker who remains level-headed in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being the person who “just makes things happen,” will thrive in this role.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of three years work experience in a corporate environment
Excellent computer proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times stressful environment
An independent worker who can exercise discretion and good judgment
Excellent organization skill, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills

DUTIES

Welcoming guests with professionalism and personality
Handling calls, emails, and general inquiries
Managing office supplies and consumables
Maintain a database of company legal documentation and other legal activities
Provide support for the legal team
Support and perform research on legal topics
Assist general counsel on corporate governance matters
Assist in legal projects to improve efficiency and transparency within the department and internal clients
Assists with special projects as assigned
Assist with drafting legal agreements, assist with execution of agreements

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
