CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE - SMART CARD SOLUTIONS
Remote | Western Cape

My client, a global provider of secure Smart Card and RFID technologies, is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join its Cape Town-based team. This fully remote role focuses on driving business growth within the U.S. market by securing high-value corporate clients and delivering tailored smart card solutions across a range of commercial sectors.

POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the Role: Drive strategic business development within the U.S. market by securing enterprise-level clients, leading a sales team, and managing complex solution-based sales. This is a senior corporate role engaging directly with C-suite decision-makers while working closely with international teams. Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: Identify, develop and close high-value sales opportunities Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients Lead, mentor and support the sales team Manage CRM, reporting and sales activities Liaise with international production teams in the US, UK and China Monitor market trends and provide guidance to the sales team Criteria: Extensive corporate or enterprise sales experience within technical, technology or solutions-based industries Proven ability to close complex, high-value commercial deals Strong business development and relationship management skills Experience leading or mentoring a sales team Excellent presentation and communication skills with executive-level clients Post-matric qualification; business or technical studies advantageous Native-level English (spoken and written) Working Conditions: Fully remote position based in the Western Cape Monday to Friday, 15h00-00h00 (SA time) to support the U.S. market Reliable fibre internet, electricity, laptop and mobile phone required Remuneration: Competitive basic salary plus an attractive USD-based commission structure Long-term career opportunity within a growing international technology company Exposure to global projects across access control, hospitality, banking, healthcare, transport, identification and loyalty solutions Please note: This opportunity is suited to experienced, corporate-level sales professionals with a proven track record in enterprise sales and executive client engagement.
